I had mentioned that my lid was scratched and have a dent or chip on it and these guys went above and beyond and took care of me like you would not believe. I will continue to order from them I can't wait until the mermaid bottle gets in and I want a silverware set and sticker set and everything. Some of these guys you guys are amazing I love the oceans my whole house is decorated like a beach theme I can't live near the ocean being in Montana but I can pretend I am in my house love everything you guys rock!

Lid scratched and dent
I I love the cup it's very pretty but there are scratches and a dent on the lid. Little disappointed in that but it is a beautiful cup wish it was a little cheaper for being damaged but it's still pretty

A bit disappointed
Im a bit disappointed. I ordered this and was so excited but when it arrived it looked like it was an OOPS quality or worse. So many scratches and peeled off part of the lid (the whole lid is bad) Wished it was better. I wouldnt mind if I gotten it on a OOPS sale.
