Great Straws and Outstanding Service
My 7 year old wanted to give out mermaid straws for her elementary school Valentine’s Day party. So we hopped on the website and picked out the 4 pack of smoothie straws with yellow silicone tips and turtle stickers. However, during the ordering process, I messed up and ordered the wrong amount of straws! I was short 3 straws. I emailed Mermaid Straw’s customer service in a panic. They were amazing! Responding quickly and helped me resolve my order mistake and shipping issue to make sure everything was ready for her party. They even threw in an extra set of stickers-which they did not have to do-but I was incredibly grateful for.
The Siren Smoothie straws are a fabulous black color and weighted nicely. The best reusable straw I’ve ever owned (and I have a lot). Not only do They have quality products and are environmentally conscious (because who doesn’t want to help save the planet?!), they have top notch customer service. I will forever be a Mermaid Straw customer.
