Straw arrived broken

So disappointed with customer service. Glass straw arrived broken. I just wanted the replacement straw. That's all.

Because Canada Post was on strike at that time. They decided to refund me the totality of the cup. Which I did NOT approve. I would be happy to wait to have straw re-shipped. Now if I want to buy the straw, it's going to cost me more than what they refunded me due to shipping cost 😠

I kindly asked if I could have code free shipping and was refused because they say the cup is functional.

Yes it is but I paid for cup and straw!!!!

Anyways this situation is very annoying. Customer service should ask the client what they prefer. I just want a straw for my cup not the refund that doesn't cover cost of replacement straw plus shipping 🫤
