We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, on select items only. We do not accept returns on Straws, Silicone Tips and Silencers, Clearance, Mystery, or OOPS items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. -
We ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on method of shipping, carrier and location.

The pouch I received was perfect for my flatware set I keep in my purse. I had the utensils but not a great way to pack them, then this pouch popped up and I realized it's perfect. The style and construction are amazing, I would recommend this pouch to anyone who needs a cute zipped pouch to carry their things!
