    ***We have HIGH standards! OOPS items didn't quite make the cut color wise or have a minor scratch or imperfection. Every OOPS item is completely functional and any defect is purely cosmetic. As an environmentally conscious company, we hate the idea that just because an item is slightly different or scuffed, it should be thrown out when it's 100% functional. And sometimes we mark items as OOPS if we just have too many, and there isn't even something "wrong" with them!

    I love the mystery that comes with getting Oops cups. I honestly have so many cups at this point that even though mine only had the straw lid and not the sippy lid, I was ecstatic. Yes, I am aware that these are the cups that don't make the stringent cut they have on the rest of the inventory, and therefore have the discount, but that's more of the charm for me. Every one I've gotten have performed beautifully, even with minor flaws. Personally i prefer the straw holed lid, so this was ideal for me.

    I've never had issue with any of the products sold my The Mermaid Straw. We'll, except that the products are addictive and I want to buy most everything but that's on me not the shop ;-) Every product is top quality even the "oops"
