I love love these glass cups. I am having alittle trouble keeping the lids on. When I do get them on. I have use a huge amount of pressure. Other than that I do love them and wish to buy a 2nd set. Charlene.

Not satisfied No Customer service regarding a jelly cup

I received a jelly cup via a freebie promotion like in April or May I have yet to enjoy said cup because the lid or the cup must be damaged because I cannot get the lid to stay on, it just doesn’t fit. I have sent several messages to mermaid straw company/customer service/app, with no response. I am an extremely loyal customer and have spent a lot of money with this company. I don’t appreciate the no response. If should someone at your company would like to rectify this situation I
