Return / Refund Policy

Sorry, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Our mission is to reduce waste, therefore, we do not individually wrap each item. Because of this, we cannot accept returns due to sanitary reasons.

Please be sure to check our product descriptions and sizing charts before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, before placing your order, please email us at support@mermaidstraw.com.

Due to the nature of our product, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please send us an email within 5 days of receiving your package with photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

A replacement or refund will not be issued for any items that are dropped, knocked off a counter, break during use, etc. Customers take full responsibility of caring for their items after their package has been successfully marked as delivered.
