We have a Lifetime Warranty on our Glass Straws! While borosilicate glass is durable, accidents happen! If your Glass Straw breaks, please email us at support@mermaidstraw.com to apply for a replacement with:

1. Original order number
2. Full name & shipping address
3. Photo of your broken straw displaying our logo

Please allow 14 days for us to review your request. If approved, you will receive a custom invoice for a free replacement, but you will be responsible for paying for shipping your replacement. No refunds will be issued.

**Only applicable for orders placed on mermaidstraw.com. If we do not carry the same straw anymore, we will offer a similiar replacement.
