    ***We have HIGH standards! OOPS items didn't quite make the cut color wise or have a minor scratch or imperfection. Every OOPS item is completely functional and any defect is purely cosmetic. As an environmentally conscious company, we hate the idea that just because an item is slightly different or scuffed, it should be thrown out when it's 100% functional. And sometimes we mark items as OOPS if we just have too many, and there isn't even something "wrong" with them!

    I was hesitant to get an oops cup now that you can’t pick the colour/pattern but decided the sale was worth it and gave it a try. I received a pale yellow cup, which I don’t think I ever would have ordered for myself but absolutely love it now - I call it my sunshine cup. The only thing I can find that makes this an oops cup is a slightly rough feeling on the top of the cup where the lid sits. Otherwise it’s perfect. If you’re considering an oops product for the discount then go for it; it’s worth it!

    I ordered my very first cup and I was so excited. There was a slight mix up but I reached out and they immediately fixed me up. So polite kind and wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
