  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, on select items only. We do not accept returns on Straws, Silicone Tips and Silencers, Clearance, Mystery, or OOPS items. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on method of shipping, carrier and location.

Love these products

I believe these products are so good, having available flatware and straw at work it is so convenient. I get so many compliments on my thermos wish they would bring back in stock. The ice keeps about 3 days!!
